Full investigations generally include statements from the insured, claimant and witnesses; a scene investigation with all pertinent photographs and securing all available documentation as well as a subrogation investigation, if subrogation possibilities exist.

ACCIDENT SCENE INVESTIGATIONS

Our investigators are able to document the accident scene, vehicles or other equipment via high quality digital photographs or video. A thorough report is provided detailing the conditions at the scene or other pertinent observations.

RECORDED STATEMENTS

Class Action Investigators are available to conduct recorded statements on all types of P&C or workers compensation claims. All investigators have experience in interviewing techniques and have been trained to obtain and document claims critical information from their interview subjects. Contacts are made within 24 hours to insure prompt, accurate interviews, and help maintain control of the claims. Statements are summarized and available via E-mail or internet almost immediately.
 

HOSPITAL SEARCHES

Hospital searches are available which detect treatment rendered to a subject by medical facilities near his or her residence. This service can be combined with a computer background search to develop an accurate medical history by searching cities of prior residence. Presently a medical authorization is not needed to detect a record in most instances.
