Class Action was founded almost 20 years ago by adjustors with the vision of making a difference on claims files through in depth investigations and surveillance.  We pride ourselves on our ability to work jointly with our clients, utilizing the adjustor’s insights and suggestions in order to obtain the best possible results.  Every assignment is handled and tracked through our customized software to ensure timely and accurate reporting.  Our system also allows us to produce monthly reports so that our clients can track the results and cost savings resulting from our surveillance and investigative efforts. 

Assignments can be made and reports received through our website, www.detectiveonline.com, with the information safely protected by our encryption program.  Surveillance footage is available in tape, CD, or weblink formats, depending on our client’s preference.
