SURVEILLANCE/ INVESTIGATION

Once an assignment is complete, you will receive a telephone or e-mail update from the investigator. Surveillance Reports consist of a brief summary report, followed by detailed daily activity reports allowing you to absorb the most critical information quickly and scan the details as needed. Photographs directly from the videotape also provide a quick accurate presentation of the evidence in each case. Easy to read captioned reports document the results of other field investigations. Our reporting standard is 21 days, however, with the advent of internet technology, many of our assignments are completed in less time.

ELECTRONIC REPORTING

Reports and photographs are always available via E-Mail. Class Action also maintains a custom database which contains the video evidence and reports on each case and is accessible to the client. Each report contains a link to the written report in PDF format and a link to the video for instant viewing or download. A simple VCR style video control allows you to watch the video, download it or forward a copy of the link via E-Mail among other options. A secure server transfers information from the field to your office in seconds instead of days. Hardcopy video evidence is then forwarded to you in either VHS or DVD format if requested.
